The Athena Film Festival: A Celebration of Women and Leadership--hosted by Barnard College and Women and Hollywood--debuts today on Barnard's campus in New York City.
Appearing throughout the festival are recipients of the Athena Awards, which were announced last month. Among the awards that will be handed out at tonight's Opening Celebration is Gini Reticker, co-producer and director of Pray the Devil Back to Hell. Gini also helped produce several of our award winning films; one actually won an Emmy.
Tickets for the festival are currently on sale at www.athenafilmfestival.com. An all-access festival pass is $50. Single tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
