"Better Than Chocolate" Event Promotes Health for Young Women!

On July 28th the fourth annual "Better Than Chocolate" event will take place at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie. The evening is all about helping young women create a positive image of themselves, from the inside out!
More than 400 women attended last year's event, which featured numerous authors, t.v. personalities and nutrition specialists.

This sounds like an amazing event and a great learning opportunity! I'd especially like to hear their thoughts on Zumba, which is something I've always wanted to try! Anyone have any thoughts on or experiences with Zumba classes to share with me? I'd love to learn more!..
