Female Directors Boost Enviromental Conciousness

An Australian study by Flinders University reveals that having women board directors produced a positive effect on environmental reporting. The study was conducted by the Business School’s Interim Dean, Professor Carol Tilt, and postgraduate Mrs. Kathy Kathyayini.  It involved the analysis of the annual reports of Australia's top 100 Stock Exchange-listed companies.
