Do you still freak out seconds before you give a routine presentation in front of a handful colleagues? Do you scold yourself for still being unable to control your nerves after so many years on the job? Don't be too hard on yourself. The researchers haven't yet come up with a roadmap to help people find that magical “anxiety sweet spot,” but they recommend relaxation techniques like meditation to bring stress levels down.
