If you are feeling less than thrilled about the holiday season, know that whatever you feel is okay. And be especially good to yourself. You are not alone. There are many people who feel the same way.
Do something special to honor yourself--whatever that may be for you.

It is sad but true that this time of year does not bring joy to everyone. And for those who might be experiencing the holiday blues you should only go through this for about two weeks and then be back into your normal routine. If it last any longer than two weeks, then run don’t walk to someone you can talk things over with to get past this low period.
Maybe next year you might feel like treating yourself to something nice. How about a Mediterranean cruise or Hawaiian vacation with a few friends….this could be just what is needed to perk up those low spirits.
