Women of Power Conference

Just got back from the Woman of Power Conference held in Palm Springs this year--a bit warmer than New York City.  The women who attended were wonderful.  There is something that happens when women come together to advance themselves--it is so empowering.

I moderated a panel on Second Acts. The panelists were great, and the informal mentoring that went on was so useful.
