Chase Chrisley opened up about the condition his parents, Todd and Julie, are facing in prison.
“It’s over 200 now,” Chase said, regarding the amount of time the couple have spent incarcerated in separate facilities. “Which is really tough for them because my mom and dad are obsessed with each other.”
“The conditions are awful and if you read all these headlines they say the polar opposite, but it is not the truth. They both have black mold, lead-based paint, the roof is falling in on both facilities. So it’s just, it’s just a lie,” Chase said. He also reiterated that neither facility has consistent air conditioning, a fact that his sister, Savannah, previously stated.
“They’re hanging in there. It’s a terrible situation. It is not the truth and we’re going to be spreading a lot of awareness to that as well.”
